WEDNESDAY NIGHT WORKOUTS

**DECEMBER 17 UPDATE**
We will meet at the usual summertime meet spot, the Garfield HS track! No 800m repeats though, we’ll be jogging over for some Alder hill repeats.
Garfield HS meeting spot: Map (~6:20-6:30pm)
Top of hill repeat meeting spot: Map (~6:40pm, then intermittently)
Base of hill repeat meeting spot: Map (~6:45-6:50pm, then intermittently)
The 2014 XC season is over, but we are happy to announce that Wednesday Night Workouts will continue into 2015! Whether you’re trying to maintain all that fitness you accumulated in the autumn or you’re just looking for a friendly group to try and run fast with, we hope you come on out! Unless otherwise noted, workouts will typically meet at or before 6:30pm on the south side of the Genesee Park Playfield, near the soccer fields’ parking lot. 2015 BROOKS TEAM ANNOUNCED SOON!

For those of you who want to support our club and the local running community while receiving support from us and Brooks Running, thank you for submitting your applications! We will be reviewing those applications and announcing the team soon!

Workouts are free and open to standing club members. Non members are welcome to come try it out but will be asked to consider joining the club going forward.


2014 Cougar Mountain Trail Run Series Is Over For The Year!

The summer long and short series wrapped up August 9th, and our long autumn races concluded in October! We want to thank all who participated in our race series; every registrant raised $15 for King County Parks (per race). View the results below, and we hope to see you again in 2015!

2015 SRC-Brooks Team Announced!

Brooks Running has graciously offered to sponsor our club members for the upcoming 2015 season. Pay attention to our site, our email newsletters, and our social media to find out when you can submit applications to become a member for next year’s team! 2014 BRIDLE TRAILS WINTER RUNNING FESTIVAL!

Results for the 2014 Bridle Trails race are now available! The weather was “back to normal” after last year’s dry conditions and this year’s participants were greeted with ample mud! Thanks to everyone for participating and volunteering and being patient with us as we waited for the winds to calm down.

If not, go to the membership page to either become a member or renew your membership. Get the great deals other members enjoy, and become a part of our great running community!

Membership Cards

We’re happy to finally offer a quick and convenient way to receive your membership cards. Current and recently expired members can easily download and print cards from this very site by clicking the number next to their name on our Club Roster page.

If you are a not-so-recently expired member, please email secretary@seattlerunningclub.org and we’ll send you your number so you can renew! Pre-printed card-stock membership cards are on order and will be available in both partner stores soon. You can switch out your paper copies if you prefer that type of card.
