Flying Lion is a family operation in Columbia City, Seattle, conceived by four beer-loving brothers and their parents. It all started with root beer batches in the basement and dinner-table discussions about beer flavors and hop utilization led by Dad Williams, the food chemist. In adulthood we became prolific homebrewers, and now we’ve gone pro! Catch 6pm Monday group runs every week with SRC member and brewer Evan Williams, and grab a daily $1 off your pint with your SRC membership card!
