Trail/Ultra Clinics and Work Party

Please join us at SRC on May 2nd and May 16th, 2006 for a free two-part introductory clinic on trail and ultra running! "Trail/Ultra Running 101" will be held on Tuesday, May 2nd (after the Tuesday night run -- approximately 7pm); "Trail/Ultra Running 201" will follow on Tuesday, May 16th (after the Tuesday night run -- approximately 7pm). Also, we'd love to see you at 1pm on May 11th at the Red Town trailhead of Cougar Mountain. From 1 to 3, you can help Scott M. move gravel down the Coal Creek Falls trail, one of the more fragile sections of trail in the park. Since we would like to use it for our 5-mile course, we need to do some prep work before the event. We will do a post-party run immediately following the party!
