SRC Group Runs

GOOD NEWS! Wednesday Workouts are in XC mode!

The 10/21 workout will meet at the Madrona bus turn around. Come warmed up and ready to go at 6:30pm. Note that it is the time of year again for headlamps. Bring yours! It is also highly recommended to wear bright coloured clothing. See you there!

There are things we need to do in order for this to be in line with Phase 2 regulations and to keep the workouts safe, productive, and fun for everyone, so please read below and comply fully if you attend:

First, the don'ts. Please don't attend if:
1. You're currently sick or have been sick in the past 14 days
2. If you've had contact with someone who has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days
3. If you or anyone in your household has experienced any of these symptoms in the past 14 days, including, but not limited to: sore throat, cough, chills, body aches, shortness of breath, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea
4. If you've travelled out-of-state in the past 14 days

Now the dos! Please do:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before heading out to join a group run and/or use hand sanitizer
2. Wear a mask/buff to group runs for the "meeting" portions and maintain 6' of distance from one another. The wearing of masks/buffs during runs when a distance of 6' cannot be maintained is recommended.
3. Run only in groups of <5 people
4. Feel welcome to join a group run and choose to run separately from others for your comfort.

Details and info can be found on the SRC FB group.
